The defense needs to present clear and convincing evidence that it did happen like that.

Actually, he is retired and has absolutely no authority to detain or prevent Will Smith from leaving. Also very likely he was at FQ fest all day too.

I don't think that's how it works. The defense just needs to show that it reasonably could have happened. Innocent until proven guilty. Reasonable doubt. And all that stuff.

never said that. I have expressed the situation as tragic and unwarranted.
but when it happened and I said Smith was no angel people railed me. All I ever said was wait for the truth to come out. I am still waiting.

Smith and his wife were shot
things we "don't know"
-did Hayes "intentionally ram Smith"
-who was the aggressor
-did Hayes have a chance to leave
anybody that says otherwise is an idiot IMO
