if he does, we've yet to see the reason why.

that just confirms why he left the scene of the initial H&R. We had already known he had been drinking all day.

A .24 BAC means he was putting some serious drinks down for a man that size. I have a real tough time believing the Sake Cafe manager now

You're a freaking millionaire, hire a limo for the night or just grab a cab. I'll never understand.

yea you know he was covering for him when he flat out wouldnt say that he wasnt drinking. With the way everyone was talking, even the family lawyer, you could tell he was fricked up.

Why is this seemingly critical point only coming to light now?

If he was drinking beer, he would have to down a case in around 4 hours to have a BAC of that amount.

Regardless, 0.24% for a man his size is a lot of drinks.

well we know he was at French Quarter fest during the day, and this happened at night. He was likely drinking all day

Nobody is claiming that Smith deserved to be shot, but this fact can perhaps provide a little bit of perspective on how the situation escalated to its deadly level.

i messed around with 2 BAC calculators just now. at his size, getting to .24% over any amount of time is a serious amount of drinks.

having that much money, a family, and passengers in your car, how do you not stop and say hey lets get a ride because ive had 12+ drinks?

It explains any irrational behavior of Will Smith. If there is any evidence/witness testimony of him being overly aggressive or confrontational after the 2nd accident, this would explain why.
