Holloweem was basically started in New Orleans it only makes sense we should play in the holloween game? We should play the redskins or the cowboys or another team that has a holloween connectiom. Just ranting rant over lol

"Celebration of Halloween was extremely limited in colonial New England because of the rigid Protestant belief systems there. Halloween was much more common in Maryland and the southern colonies. As the beliefs and customs of different European ethnic groups as well as the American Indians meshed, a distinctly American version of Halloween began to emerge. The first celebrations included “play parties,” public events held to celebrate the harvest, where neighbors would share stories of the dead, tell each other’s fortunes, dance and sing. Colonial Halloween festivities also featured the telling of ghost stories and mischief-making of all kinds. By the middle of the nineteenth century, annual autumn festivities were common, but Halloween was not yet celebrated everywhere in the country."
New Orleans had nothing to do with the origin, even in America.

We had a Sunday night game against the steelers for Halloween a few years back.

That was amazing. I remember Al Michaels suggested that there should be a Halloween game in New Orleans every year.

Top 5 dome game for me (that I've been to).
1. NFCCG - Game was honestly kind of miserable with everything on the line. But man that feeling when the kick went through
2. Falcons Return to the dome
3. Saints - Eagles playoffs. 8 minute Deuce drive to seal the game
4. Saints - Steelers on Halloween - up there with the loudest the dome has ever been
5. Saints - Chargers when Brees broke one his record. Come from behind win, PT's helmet gets knocked off and he still lowers his shoulder and fights.
I'm sure I'm missing some great ones off the top of my head

Serious question. Are you under the age of 15?
