Needs are OT, DT and pass rusher.
Wants (kinda need) are OG, S, TE and WR.
Luxuries/future picks are CB, LBer, QB and RB.

Now you can always look to upgrade. But above is the priority.

Better yet, we trade back and still take Mims or Guyton

In Schefter’s latest draft notes, he’s saying Penix can now go as high as 8 to Atlanta. Also hearing Byron Murphy could be a surprise top 10 guy. This may be agents blowing smoke but if these two things materialize, it’s going to open up some things for the saints at 14, if they so chose to get creative and not force an OT

Byron Murphy

Nick Underhill said the same thing about Murphy.

With Murphy I could see him going pretty high he's at three technique and the best one in the class and all of a sudden that position is a luxury.

they are drafting 14th. Say the Michigan QB was still there then you trade down or take him.

Neither I would draft someone who’s actually good at football

I agree. Of course I’m still of the opinion we don’t have shite until
we have a QB and Carr isn’t that guy There’s been rumors of Jayden possibly falling a few spots (I don’t see him getting past 3), but if he does I would have to seriously think about trying to make a move. It will never happen though after they extended Carr’s deal.

If there’s ever a time to truly go BPA, it’s right now. Were nowhere close to a Super Bowl and need to start Lodi g up the roster with young talent wherever we can find it.
