Another thing I noticed from some of his game footage is Cooks has a slight hesitation coming off of the line too. When he gets that he'll be closing his routes almost a second faster. Frightening.

I'm sick and tired of people calling Cooks the "quick" guy in th context that he doesn't have the top end speed.
The dude ran a 4.33 forty. That is moronically fast. Combine it with his absurd shuttle splits and he will be almost unarguably the fastest player anytime he's on the field.

When you combine it all on turf he'll be even that much faster/quicker. Falcons aren't going to know what hit them in the first game this season.
