Pratt will be gone sometime before the 5th round. He’s considered the seventh best QB out there. I think four go in the first and two in the second. Certainly he’ll be taken within the next two rounds.

What does that have to do with his time as a Saints head coach? Hes not suppose to be your political moral role model. His job was to coach a professional football team and he did that at an elite level.

If your the best coach in franchise history probably means you were doing your job at an elite level more than just a couple times in 16 years.

A close friend of mine ran into his parents Senior Bowl week and they stated that Pratt absolutely did not want to get drafted by NO and he was ready for a change in scenery.

I mean to be fair, Dennis Allen doesn’t seem like the kind of guy that grooms great NFL qbs lol

Pratt final year hurt him/his stock. Play calling was terrible (either deep passes to Jackson or
Keys or a 4 yard curl to the TE) he also seems to enjoy playing hurt. I would definitely draft him in a 4th or so round because I feel that he could be a decent backup or with proper coaching a decent starter.

We have like 17 5th round picks. I’d be fine with taking him with one of those

You wont have to worry about DA grooming a QB,he doesnt
ever get involved in the offense ,hence last years disaster.
It will be Kubiacs job, which is good.I dont care whos coaching them if the Saints dont adress LT and rest of OL
it wont matter.

Yep
One season we had the worst defense in the history of the NFL

Not to mention some of the worst special teams of all time

He's a 4th round guy, but I think he'll go in the 3rd. He's a little murky, as he played at less than 100% most of 2023.
Teams reach a bit for a QB, and using a 3rd instead of a 4th isn't a huge opportunity lost.
