When was the Saints D at its best under Payton?

When we had a Safety and defense that made plays and forced turnovers.
That's what Williams has potential for. He is a true cover safety that forced a ton of turnovers, and he is super athletic.
Pair that with a potential elite cover CB and two other good Safeties, and LBs that can drop in coverage...yeah. I like it.
Pass rush can be manufactured by Cam, Fairley, Rankins, Okafor, Kikaha, Ellerbe, Klein and a 3rd rounder.

With such limited action Rankins had last year it will be like we're fielding yet another first rounder this year.
