What would your front office moves be in the off-season?

Obviously we start with firing Greg McMahon and one or two more positional coaches. What else?

I'm not a rumor mill type of guy but I am hearing there are going to be some pretty big changes this off-season, some as early as the first week of 2017. Many of them are long over-due. Extremely reliable source too.

Bill Johnson, Joe Vitt, and Greg = Bye Felicia
Sean's Headset, Playsheet, and FO meddling all get retired.
Sean you are not a draft genius, you are not good at identifying FA talent, let the FO run the FO.
You run camp, gameplans, and team mojo. Carmichael at this point is the better OC, let him do his thing. In return I will let you keep Dennis Allen who has shown he is a competent DC.

Trade Payton to the Rams. Hire Mike Shanahan. Trade down with Saints 1st round pick. Use Rams top 5 pick. Profit

Training camp in Metairie. Extend Fairley and Snead. Sign a pass rusher and/or a corner in FA. Draft Barnett or Cunningham in the 1st round, Allen if we draft higher. Draft a joker pass catching RB. Draft a guard/tackle in the mid to late rounds. Obtain a person who can catch kickoffs and return them past the 16 yard line. Buy Lutz a basketball hoop without a backboard and have him kick field goals over it all summer. Fire McMahon.

I'm not Payton's biggest fan, but the whole play calling situation that was on display this year was a major issue from what I understand.

1. Allow Dennis Allen to hire his own assistants and send Johnson and Vitt out the door.
2. Fire McMahon

In the first round, I don't think CB is our biggest need but Jackson is a playmaker.
Then someone like Feeney in the 2nd at guard.
Our biggest needs imo are
RG, DE, LB, RB, RT, CB, SS, FB, and maybe an athletic tight end

1. Fire everyone from the GM down. Clean house.
2. Trade every player with over 5 years experience that have any trade value.
3. Go ahead and make cuts that get rid of overpriced players.
4. Rebuild for 2019. (should allow for dead money to be off cap, draft picks to develop, etc)
I would rather go 3-13 with a chance to improve than be stuck in 7-9 purgatory every year.
