I pretty much agree with everything.

Colston is a mess. Stills is a really good role player, but not a legit #1

This is true but do ppl think that we will find a legit #1 receiver for the same amount of money we are paying Colston? No.

I said it in another thread, but the Saints should offer a talented, younger player coming off of a subpar season a 1 year deal. Cecil Shorts, Crabtree, Torrey Smith make sense as they could maximize their total career earnings by taking a 1 year, ~$3m type deal with Brees throwing them the ball, then signing elsewhere for their big money deal. Josh Gordon could also find himself forced to sign a 1 year deal, and we would be a great choice for him with a dominant TE and solid #2 and #3 WR's helping take pressure off of him (NE would be his best option, though, plus he'd still cost more than the others).

I like this idea even though its a very short term fix. I think Torrey Smith would be a great fit in this offense. And a move like that gives a chance to take a flyer on a talented guy in the late rounds, like stills.

We definitely a Kelvin Benjamin, big bodied physical type guy on this team. That's Colston's main role over the years is taking big hits across the middle all the while opening up other routes.

The guy simply can't deal with being hit anymore, which is a problem considering he's a big-bodied receiver who operates predominately between the hashes.

If Colston drops another routine pass or fumbles again after a routine hit, I may break a TV.

For flat screens everywhere, he either needs to restructure or be cut.

This is coming from a huge Colston fan who has come to grips that he is not close to worth his contract. He is a Saints legend though and will always be a favorite of mine.

I don't ever want to see him in another team's uniform. Why are you making us do this Colston? Get your shite together.

Yes he dropped a potential TD, but it's worth pointing out that on Sunday Colston made an impossible bobbling catch for a first down that extended a drive. Guy deserves credit for the amazing catches too, not just shite for the drops.

He's still making some beautiful deep passes and doesn't appear to have any arm strength issues. He's just making bad decisions.

He was DEFINITELY having arm strenth issues at the begining of the season. BUT I think that was more of a product of his oblique not being 100% yet. He has looked much better on his deep throws as of late.

I agree with you about the decision making, he definitely needs to clean that up....because as he goes...the team goes. Much of that is to do with pressure though....the O-line needs to COWBOY THE frick UP!

he always seems to drop it...aside from the redskins game in 06, he caught everything for his first 4 seasons...then the first half of the super bowl...it began
