I was in the dome for that whooping we put on the Packers (who havent won in the dome since 1995) and I wanted to make a playlist of game time songs. I think I could amp the crowd up better but that's just me, I used to DJ...any thoughts of songs that would be great for gametime? WHODAT

Superdome playlist

Pantera - walk
Mystikal - here I go
Ying yang twins - halftime
ACDC - thunderstruck
Ramones - Blitzkrieg pop
Lil Jon - turn down 4 what
ACDC - hells bells
Alan parsons project - sirius
Queen - we will rock you
Ludacris - stand up
Stop Inc - Second Line
Nickelback - Burn it to the ground
Saliva - click click boom
Guns N Roses - welcome to the jungle
Taylor swift - shake it off
Ariana Grande ft Iggy Azalea - problem
DJ Khaled - all I do is win

Bring these back:
Journey - don't stop believing
Bon Jovi - living on a prayer
Gary Glitter - Rock & Roll pt 2
Chicken Dance
Snap - the power

What songs should return to the Superdome?

With all due respect these are pretty damn generic and have all been played to absolute death.

I think they should bring the live brassband back and have them play before the game and during some of the time outs. I was at the game Sunday and all that mess they are playing is starting to annoy me. That tornado siren makes me cringe.

For the Atlanta game in 2006, they played the Hey! Anthem and the entire dome did it

Haven't heard it since

I liked when they'd play "Talk" from Coldplay during the 2006 season coming back live out of commercial break.

I also liked when the gong and guitar intro from Michael Jackson's "Beat It" was played before key 3rd downs (Haslett era - early 2000's).

Halftime and Second Line. I don't want them to play "Living on a Prayer" because that would be too accurate of a description of our season.

The song selection in the Dome is awful. People complain about LSU's, but it gets the players hyped, when in reality, that's what really matters. The Saints play songs that are so beat to death and so out of place. For instance, a timeout occurred before a key third down on defense against the 49ers, and Taylor Swift is pumped through the speakers. It was like when the Sarah McLachlan pet adoption commercial comes on tv.

Also, the overuse of "I ain't never scared" doesn't really work when the opposing team just got a first down.
