Yes Ramcyzk is more important over the long haul.

Yes snead is also out

Yes Minnesota is very good and beat the OL like a rag doll when strief went out

But cooks opens up our offense, the non existent run game, the lack of short-intermediate passes available, we went from 2 #1 receivers to 1, it's a huge loss.

they were playing a deep Cover 2 tonight probably.

my guess is Cooks wouldn't have made a difference tonight.

you may be correct that this will be a season long problem though.

I still think it had some to do with play calling. Why didn't we see more slants? I think that might have helped some or at least opened it up. Yes Drew didn't have a whole lot of time but there were some times he held on to the ball way too long.

You cant run slants all game against teams who have monsters zoning the middle, Barr and Kendricks are both long linebackers who cover tons of space. New England has terrible linebackers, expect to see more slants next week.

We ran one that I can remember to Thomas. I'm saying just run a few to keep them honest. We ran one good screen and abandoned it for the most part. The point is that when your O Line is struggling, you have to call plays to help them out a little.

The offensive play calling was a complete joke. With Cooks nothing would have changed.

Exactly. When all you have MT to get first downs, it will be a long day. Coleman is still inconsistent, TLL and Ginn are guys that take the top off, not guys to trust when its 3rd down. Fleener shows up in garbage time and disappears the rest of the game. Payton is an idiot when it comes to offense. Too much Vicodin.
