we are back in this thing and sitting pretty with our remaining schedule

i believe in this team and Drew. Drew is still a top 5 QB in the league and the team will rally around him.

tonight is the beginning of something special, i can feel it

Today's Wednesday change your title. 2-4 is not "in this" 4-4 is still not considering the record of Carolina and Atlanta

Sitting pretty is a huge stretch

We won't be eliminated like a loss would essentially do

How much did you put on your moneyline bet for the Saints?

I was like this last week until we got destroyed by the Eagles. A win this week might get my hopes up a little bit but right now I'm not confident at all.

It's a tough hill to climb, but I don't see any wild card teams coming out of the East or the North. We would need to get on track, and fast, and we'd need Seattle or Arizona to implode.

Don't the hawks only have 2 wins?

Yes, but I don't expect that to continue.

I'm rooting for Atlanta - I want Payton and Loomis gone and I want a top 4 pick.

I don't want this regime hanging on for 2 seasons too long ala Mora and Haslett. Payton has been garbage since the middle of 2013 and Loomis has made bad decision upon bad decision for the past 5 years.

None of us were excited about the 1995 and 1996 seasons when it was obvious that Mora had grown stale in the locker room.

None of us were truly excited about the 2004 or 2005 seasons when we had grown tired of Haslett's "I know better than you" arrogance and the constant pre-snap penalties, etc. He had obviously lost the team during that Brooks/Delhomme playoff collapse in whatever year that was (2003?).

This era is the same - I'm tired of seeing Sean Payton mismanaging his timeouts and end-game strategy. I'm tired of him barking at Rob Ryan publicly on the sideline when it's clear to anybody with football knowledge that Ryan has been a better coach on his side of the ball than Sean has on his side. I'm tired of him using promising 22-year old kickers as scapegoats when he (and Loomis) are obviously the problems here.

Payton needs a change of scenery, maybe another year off. The team and organization needs a new voice leading it.

You'd still need ATL and CAR to lose 1-2 more games and NO to win 1-2 more in a row before "all bets are off".
