He plays LG now doesn’t he? That would all but end the Penning experiment. LG was going to be his last hope this year I think. This is where it really hurts us not having 3rd or 4th round picks because the draft is very strong there. We have to hit huge at both 14 and 45. It’s really sad to be a team in continual cap hell AND lack draft capital. There’s no way out because we can’t trade players because of contract deferrals.

We will trade up to get in the 4th no doubt and maybe the 3rd.
Maybe trading 3 5th rounds and 1 6th round gets you 2 4ths?

This is why I did not call him a "Starter" Chalky. He is going into his 14th year with a past of neck and back issues. Is this the tackle you want us to plug in at tackle as our starter?
Who would pick him up and expect him to start(most games)? I don't think a single team.
