Fenroy became only the 7th player in NCAA Division I-A history to rush for four consecutive 1,000 yard seasons.

Powerful running back like ivory.

well he is a local boy, and since he is "decorated" albeit for Sun Belt conference standards... I would imagine the Saints will ask him to come try out at camp for sure. Its all up to him to prove himself from there.

RaginCajuns,

and good luck to your ULL boy... seems like a hoss.

LSU fans never do this.

Where you went to school in college makes no difference in how you perform in the NFL. If you have talent, you have talent. NFL coaches don't put on their 5 star recruit shades like top colleges do.

In some cases you are correct but there are many cases where you look good because of the level of talent you are playing.

True. This matters in the draft and that's about it, IMO.

You look up and down NFL starting rosters and they are all riddled with guys from low tier schools. Guys that probably didn't get drafted, and if they did it was in the last few rounds.

True, but being the only the 7 RB in all of college football history to have 4 consecutive 1000-yard seasons.. that's impressive and says a lot.

They did work him out. It was right after the 2010 NFL draft. It took Sean Payton mere minutes to tell him to get lost. After that I believe he went to Chicago till they handed him the boot as well. Then he went to the UFL and got the same treatment

He didn't get cut from the UFL. He didn't report, he went back and finished his degree instead.
