It says they have good attorneys. You think the attorney drafted all that for Benson if he himself didn't think he was competent? They knew this would be challenged. It is on the kids to prove he wasn't competent at the time. Very difficult to prove.

Yes I think there both gold diggers but at least Tom in his right mind had his family Rita Benson Le Blanc in charge..that's how he wanted it long ago and not all of a sudden Gail changes everything,please..Let the man tell the judge that..

I've read the full complaint. I've also read almost every article written on the matter.
One of the things that struck me was that Benson's attorneys video taped him making the changes to his will and the trusts.
It's almost as though they were expecting a competency challenge. I would love to see the video. I wonder if they had a doctor there attesting to his competency.
Finally, let me add that if 1/10th of what has been alleged in the complaint against Gayle is even halfway truthful, she does have some explaining to do.

I don't like the things I hear about Rita but it does sound like Tom has lost it. Multiple people who hate Rita are on the MSB are talking about how they spoke with Tom at a party recently and he isn't there

Yeah I mean I'm scared at the prospect of losing the saints to San Antonio or elsewhere if Rita takes over
But this whole thing is fishy and I don't like how it has played out. Benson grooms granddaughter for years and years and then all of a sudden he ousts the entire family he's had since they were born to give to his 20 year younger wife who was no where in the picture of ownership until a month ago when hes 87 and clearly not looking like himself
The subtle smear campaign against bensons daughter began 3 years Ago and it seems all so orchestrAted

Honestly, I think the evidence and everything I've heard suggest Loomis, Lauscha, Payton and others had long talks with Gayle and Tom about the future of the teams. That's at the heart of what's going on here.

The facts are that he is giving a shite load of money to Rita and the rest. He just doesn't ' want them to have any managerial control over his companies. Why that bothers anyone who knows about or has met Rita is beyond my comprehension.
