Remember when Graham was traded and Josh Hill was an off season hero primed to blow up in 2015? Whoops.

Sean Payton Loves Josh Hill!

From what i read online payton states if Josh Hill was in this years draft the Saints would have him the top rated TE in this years draft

2014: 20 targets 14 catches 176 yards 5TD
2015: 30 targets 16 catches 120 yards 2TD

The Hooman had more touchdown catches.

It's tough when the other teams whole game plan was to take Hill out of the game

It all worked out, we didn't need Jimmy, we had the #1 passing offense without him and we got Anthony and Unger in exchange. Easy win for us

I mean I don't think any of us anticipated Ben Watson having the year that he did but its just funny how we all thought Hill would play a role but was a total non factor.

I got put down on because I said Ben Watson would be the #1 back in June.

I got called crazy cause I dared to predict Watson getting at least 40 catches.

But I did not see him putting up what he did being honest.

I had Hill between 20-40 and he fell short. Huge disappointment but not too surprising

CJ Spiller will be awesome in this system bc he is so fluid and quick with great hands.

The Spiller comment was pre knee.

Also SJB sucked his first year so that comment really just said he sucks less.

I seriously thought Spiller was going to take Pierre's role and run with it but that didn't happen.
As for SJB.... NO COMMENT.

I thought he was going to be the breakout star this past year.
I even bought one of these from China after the Graham trade.

Yeah I mentioned something about been Watson being number one TE too and got hammered for it lol.

Did think hill would do better than what he did though

It's strange though that he got 5 TDs behind Graham but only 2 behind Watson.

Wasn't expecting Watson to be the guy.

My stat prediction for Hill was basically what Watson did. Ben had a great year, but it further proves the greatness of Brees. The guy can make pretty much anyone look good.

From what I've seen of his play, I expect this guy (Hooa-whatever) to be the guy going forward (taking over when Watson slips back). He seems to be a far more fluid receiver than Hill, and blocking didn't seem to be an issue.
