The Giants weren't called for a single PI or defensive holding

...even though we threw the ball roughly 500 times and their secondary was full of back ups.

The Saints D, on the other hand...

This might be the reason why our guys were running wide open all game.

Officiating was bad. It seems like fans of Louisiana teams tend to bitch about officiating more so than others though.

You mean the bias that allowed two of the most penalized players in the league (Breaux/Browner) continue to be two of the most penalized players in the league? There's no bias. Those two guys hold and commit PI like it's an incentive in their contracts. That didn't just start today.

On the other hand, the Giants DB's didn't get flagged. That may explain why the Saints had receivers running all alone all afternoon.

The one on Snead was just baffling. I know he slipped on his own but the dude basically sat him when he was trying to get back on his feet.

That's the one that sticks in my mind...you know if that were Browner or Breaux we'd have been flagged

One call made up for the refs keeping the Giants in the game: Personal foul. That single personal foul call put us in field goal range, and we win the game. I'll take the make up call like that any game

This. Can't consider that a make up call. It was a obvious face mask and it sure looked like they were about to let it go. If I'm not mistaken they had even said there was no foul before regrouping and calling it. They probably didn't know what to do. They couldn't ignore an obvious personal foul but theyd have to answer to Goodell after setting us up with a game winning field goal against one of his beloved New York teams.

I know there is really no conspiracy against us from Goodell but I'll be damned if it doesn't feel like it sometimes.

well we did complete 40 of our 50 passes, so it seems like they weren't interfering with our passing at all
