two mediocre defenses

Here I was under the illusion that you knew something about football. Obviously its hard to see anything through your who dat glasses .

Chicago Defense on Monday was anything but mediocre. Im not big into stat posting but srsly. Those dudes had more picks returned for TD's than 2 or 3 teams have Offensive passing TD's.

IKR!

I usually stay away from this board because let's face it objectivity is not a virtue here. But since I was in New Orleans this past weekend I figured "hey, jack...when you're in Rome, hey !"uncle SI

There defense is banged up both with people playing through injuries and people actually out.

Plus its historically easy for a mobile rookie QB to play well against a defense who has no game film and was not preparing for him. Mobile rookie QB's have an amazing track record in the NFL, but then people get game film on them and they slow down a tremendous deal. Last year every media person was all over Cam Newton's dick. For really no reason,he isnt that good, his stats arent impressive and he is currently 9-18 as a starter with a piss poor int/td ratio and QB rating.

Kaepernick might be good, but saying the kid has infinite possibility and is a future great and is the real deal and comparing him to RG III based on two games is asinine. shite saying RG III is the real deal and has a great future is asinine. You can say he is playing well, but to speculate on his future based on 2 games and his college play in a shite conference doesnt make sense to me.

in my opinion, making those assumptions about any player at any position based on anything less than a full season as a starter is completely moronic.

Ok so to clear things up then...

I agreed with you in part on the comparissons. I think with 2 games its waaaaaay to early and if you look back a page I posted that pretty clearly.

There is no denying his potential even based on the 2 games however. He has some intangibles that could lead to some big productivity.

Dont try and diminish what Kaep accomplished in his 1st start on Monday night against a VERY game Chicago Defense.
quote:

Bears Out QB Jay Cutler (concussion) DE Shea McClellin (concussion) DT Matt Toeaina (calf) Probable WR Alshon Jeffery (hand) DT Henry Melton (back)

That is the injury report for Chi. Anyone not listed is no different than 100% of football players playing with pain. That Chi D was as good that Monday night as they were earlier in the season.

FTR..."limitless" anything is clearly an overstatement.
