Taking a look at the NFCS' 2016 notable FA and cap

Carolina Panthers: 133.875mil (~20mil under the cap)
Notable Free Agents: Charles Tillman, Roman Harper, Cortland Finnegan, Mike Tolbert, and Josh Norman
- They're looking damn good to follow-up next year. Kelvin Benjamin gets back. Josh Norman may command top DB money (13.5 Haden - 14.0 Sherman - 14.01 Peterson - 14.024 Revis). The other 4 guys won't command much money at all to keep either.
Atlanta Falcons: 133.470 (~20mil under the cap)
Notable Free Agents: Kroy Biermann, Charles Godfrey, Leonard Hankerson, Adrian Clayborn, Paul Worrilow, and Ricardo Allen
- They're similar to us in the sense they need quality players, but the benefit they have is that they have cap space without doing much to make room for it. Smart moves in free agency and the draft may have them bounce back, regardless if Matt Ryan is the answer or not. Probably would be in their best interest to extend Trufant and not allow him to hit the open market either.
Tampa Bay Bucs: 103.595mil (~50mil under the cap)
Notable Free Agents: Mike Jenkins, Larry English, Henry Melton, Chris Conte, Doug Martin, Sterling Moore
- They have a shite ton of money to spend, they're a pretty young team, and the only notable free agents they have are mainly Henry, Martin, Conte, and Moore. Martin may have bought him an Ingram-type contract, but with how RBs come cheap these days it won't hurt. Conte and Moore may command good money, but the others will provide depth more than not. Continuity is important, so look for TB to re-sign most of them in my honest opinion while making a few moves to help Winston build.

Other than missing his red contact lenses, I doubt they'll be feeling that loss too badly.

Well he's a starter, even if he's bad. Its like us and keeping Hawthorne, Bunkley, Evans, etc.

I really hope Carolina is stupid enough not to pay Norman. Dude is the best corner in the NFL.

More money pissed down the drain for other teams garbage! How do you motivate overpaid garbage. No Thanks.

Watching Cam and Carolina dominate this division for the next 5-10 years is going to be such a blast

Bucs will be contenders as well - saints will be doormats for a bit, sadly

And the Saints have to take a hacksaw to the roster just to have money sign 2 "big names" that will be huge misses and rookies?

They did anything but dominate us in our two meetings this year. Which I still can't really believe.

You seem to have missed a team in the OP. What a let down.
