They put up a graphic during the lions packers game. At 4-7, the saints, eagles and rams are teams that need to win out. The lions (now 4-8 and out) were in that group but the Rodgers miracle in Motown ended that. The Dome offers no safe haven for Carolina Sunday.

I feel ya. The idea I have with ellerbe Swann and Hawthorne possibly returning we get all of our guns back and the dome on our side the tallest hurdle is the one in front of us.

But I'm sure we'll have to have like 8 different things happen. Cant imagine us having any type of tie breaker so there is that

We haven't won 5 straight in a very long time and as bad as this team and coaching staff is we fundamentally have no shot.

Why do you want this team to make the playoffs? We will get smoked in the first round and sacrifice a higher pick.

Well if they were to win out and I know that's a hell of a hypothetical, youth is already on our side basically at every position so we would be able to draft some help at where we need it the most. I guess id like to see this group show some resolve down the stretch and still play for something

I don't hold out a ton of hope whatever's left hinges on Sunday but I did want to just get this post up for anyone who wanted to know

And yeah they're a bunch of water guns to this point but the ones we've been able to win this year have been with Swann and ellerbe in there. 3/4 if I recall

We have to win out. Never would happen.

Beating Carolina would make this stinker of a season smell like a rotten egg.

Give it a rest already. They are done. This team has coaching issues and looks as if they have quit.

For the first overall pick of the NFL draft? Technically yes, but not likely.

We won't get in, but if you play with 2015 NFL Playoff Machine on ESPN.com, there are actually scenarios where the Saints can attain the #6 seed @ 8-8 and, believe it or not, even one ridiculous scenario @ 7-9

Can't believe I wasted my time playing with it, but it's legit

Seattle is most likely #6 seed, but we can even beat them out if they lose 2, a few other realistic things happen, and we win out, or they lose 3 and we lose 1 (which will probably be Sunday)

Bottom 10-12 teams in NFC are all shite terrible and there's truly not much separation

The Giants win could actually prove to be huge if the Skins keep up their play

If the rest of the NFL keeps playing as terribly as we are, there's certainly a chance. I don't remember ever seeing this many under 500 teams.
