Im sure SP called him and let him know prior. Brees didnt find out when we did, how much sooner is the question.

Bree's is so full of shite, that's his PC future mayor of New Orleans talk. I think the supposed rift between Bree's and Graham is what led to this. I believe he knew this was coming and had a say in the trade. Bree's didn't go to bat for Jimmy during the TE/WR pay talk and that created the rift.
I do love Bree's and Graham, but, am Ok with the trade. Hate to lose Graham, but, we did pick up a solid center and a late 1st round draft pick. Now we just need to make something of the pick.
Seattle was already the front runner in the NFC, they got stinger next year, but, this will have consquences when other contracts come up in the next two years. When they have to resign Wilson they will have too much money invested in WIlson, Graham and Lynch (sound familiar) and the defense that got them to where they are will suffer.
