Who is going to have the power to make Goodell reverse his decision? To my knowledge, The only people that can change any of this is the owners, and they'd have to vote to get rid of Goodell

Don't underestimate the power of negative press. Ironically, it's something he nails players for with off the field activities, and yet he may bring about more negative press on the league than any player ever.
