This board sure is quiet for a team riding high going into the bye.

How is everyone feeling going into this game?

With Willie and Armstead back. I expect a great performance from the offense against a suspect defense. My goodness the oh-so inaccurate Cam Newton shredded them a week ago.
Our stud rookie CB has a big test but I expect great play vs Golden Tate (much like he did against a similar Cooks). I like our chances to slow them down just enough.

Looks like Armstead, Moore, and Snead may all be a go for this weekend:

He's kinda the highest paid QB in history's go-to guy. And consistently puts up good numbers.

Yea, a test for a rookie CB I'd say.

Yea Golden Tate is a damn good WR and always seems to shred the Saints .

If lattimore can hold him to 60 < I would be very happy .

Can’t wait to see this offensive line with Armstead back . I’f Ram continues to improve at RT this could very well develop into a top 5 unit .

Saints dismantled the panthers in carolina. Panthers would have killed eagles had they not lost kuechly last night. I have been high on them since that. Also outscored our opponents 54-13 last two weeks. That’s not the saints we have seen the last few years. Crawley coming back has been huge. Harris was complete garbage and teams focused on him when he was on the field. I’m excited.

There is a reason its a bit quite for over the last 48 games we have gotten to .500 or close only to fall back time and time again.
I think we all want to get a couple of games over .500 before unleashing the hounds of optimism.

If only Brees didn't need the first two games to get in sync after playing all of 12 plays in the preseason. Could be 3-1

I put that 1st game against the Vikings on the coaches. Offensive playing calling, calling unnecessary timeouts before halftime, Allen's zone defense, & playing DeVante Harris with Crawley on the inactive list. I'm glad we seem to have corrected the problems, but the coaches 100% botched that game.

Brees didn't have a perfect game, but his WR's didn't do him any favors. There were some drops & wrong routes that were run. Combine that with Strief getting hurt & the Vikings run defense...the result was an inefficient offensive.

I agree that the Patriots were just a flat out better team in week 2. No shame in that though. Still can't believe we had Crawley inactive for this game as well.

Brees had a good game against NE, albiet a lower completion ratio. Defense like in the Vikings game could not stop anyone.

Tomorrow will be the first real test since that game. Carolina had less O weapons and Miami, no QB.

What is going on with Snead? He sits out for weeks then comes back hurt, Payton said he's 100% during the week but he's been listed as questionable all week, now Rapoport saying he's a game-time decision.
