Hines Ward just released? If he came in for a minimum...He could be a good addition just for locker room presence as well as a fierce competitor, over the middle catch guy, and excellent blocker...What do you think?

we always talk about the need for a blocking te... that's pretty much what hines is... a blocking receiver that usually plays close to LOS to hit the Linebackers.

But Brees will be in Atlanta playing for the Falcons. Manning and Wayne in black and gold could be a decent combo though!

True, he has and Matt Ryan hasn't. I still would label em the same. Good but not great. Capable of winning games but also capable of losing them with picks/low completion %ages/sloppy play, etc.
On a different note - what is the absolute minute 0 for Brees? Monday @ 5pm CST?
