Season ended 5 days ago. Why does Rob Ryan still have a job?

1 amazing season and 1 shite season with a ton of injuries. Give him 1 more season to see which was a fluke. Can't keep going through DCs like M&Ms if you don't give them time for their players and system in place. The entire team was bad. I doubt it was just Ryan's fault.

Because he had one good year and one bad year. ince they made adjustments in the assistants, that means they give him one more year to improve and prove that neither year was a fluke.

Probably because his unit was on the field a lot longer than should have been due to the ineptitude of our offense and turnover probe QB. Not to mention all the injuries and patchwork of fill-ins

dude has literally no good players to work with. keenan lewis is the closest thing to a stud on our defense. everyone else is average or terrible.
