Schefter says to expect a deal within the next 8 days and that it definitely won't be #11 we give up.

Not exactly going out on a limb there. Any fan could make that comment based on the facts thus far.

How you can go from an undrafted free agent to a possible first round, 11th spot trade is amazing. Even to have it in a discussion.

Whenever the Saints are involved in a rumor, it really shows how bad national coverage is. Do they really think it needs to be said that it wont be a 11? Do people think it will be 11?

All I am saying is I don't see it happen very often, there has to be a reason why.

uh...he developed into an elite football player?

you think this is some Illuminati shite or something?

it wasn't that long ago that James Harrison was the NFLDPOY and he went undrafted, iirc

The list of undrafted players that make all pro is long. It isn't unprecedented. Hell, hall of famers too.

He worked hard, was coachable and plays like it.

Not what I said. Never said it does not happen, undrafted player doing well, but trading a 1 for an undrafted free agent player does not happen often these days.

Because most of the time their team wants to keep them, but the Pats are a unique bird (killer).
