Gotta say I hope we either go with the local product that can anchor out D for years with Bobby Boucher, or we go Flash Gordon (who is criminally underrated as a 6 seed) as the long term Brees replacement.
I get that it was "easy" for them to set it up by positions but I don't care for that.

I would love Boucher, he would solidify our pass rush for years. But, since we are playing mostly a 4-3, can he play with his hand in the dirt? I don't think he would cut it at LB and having to drop in coverage. Also, if you think Brent Grimes' wife is crazy, Boucher's wife is on another level crazy.

You don't pass on LT just because he isn't the prototype player.
You draft him because he will be by far the best in the league at what he does.
Plus you can sit him at safety at times and no receiver will want to catch a ball.
And most wives are batshit crazy (not just football wives either). You learn to just deal with it.
