This is another terrible move. Hicks has a ton of upside. If he's just not fitting our system, then I really think we could've gotten more for him. My trust in Payton is all but gone.

Here's the scoop. He's an average to above average blocker, but offers almost nothing in the pass game. The only time he got the ball was on plays designed to get him open.

It would have been an amazing day for us Saints fans if the Saints had somehow managed to trade for a different Patriots tight end, and you all know who I mean. Let's just say there would be a lot of spikes in the end-zone at the Superdome!
