A decline? Really?

So you wouldn't classify it as just a slump?

I didn't realize that QBs who lead the league in td passes were declining. Just imagine if he wasn't declining he would have like 50 tds already!

You sound like a spoiled bandwagon fan. Oh no! My QB who has never let me down over the last 6 years is struggling right now and costing us wins!! He will never be as good as he was 3 weeks ago!!

Drew is fine. The lack of sleep is catching up with him. That's all. Having a newborn in the house is tough on sleeping habits. Same shite happened in 2010.

As far as the short yardage stuff on third down, this team has always had a problem with that, even with Payton. Nothing new so I'm not sure why you are harping so much on it now.

Short yardage blunders aside we had that game won. Just too many mistakes - interceptions, dropped TDs, penalties ect ect.

Some of this thread relates back to discussion had here concerning the diff between college & pro ball-

Fans that are primarily college oriented (a large TD%) do not get the building of a franchise often. In college the rotation of players is constant. The better they are the less time you have them. This leads to the "he failed, bring in ______" mentality cuz you aren't building per se. For most Tiger fans it's national championship or bust. And by bust that means a 10 win non-BCS bowl game is a big failure.

Pro ball your building a core squad that can carry a team for a decade. The number of wins is nice in the NFL but like the Giants last year it's all about just getting into the dance. What happens there is the measuring stick.

I say grow up Saints fans and learn to live with success. Just for kicks, Tom Brady? Six 4 interception games in his career. Peyton Manning had a 6 interception game in 2007.

group therapy for people who cant stay away from this board, but dont feel like dealing with the trolls, bandwagoners, negasaints, NCAA only fans, and pure illogical idiocy that goes on after a loss on this board.

Did I mix my meetings up again.

ETA:

You like "nagative" ?

I've also used the words friendchildren and namekind in the last few days. I think there's room for expansion in my language pool

It's something I should have thought of, and it's gonna haunt me that I didn't now.

It is pretty funny how people absolutely come out of nowhere on gameday but are nowhere to be seen during the week. That's probably for the best though
