Like Matt Cassell? Or jacoby briset? Or any bum belichek puts out there?

This idea is dumb, very dumb as a matter of fact. Also a 1 and a 4 is an absurd price

Insanity! He is a 'system' QB at New England- No way I would consider a 1,2, or 3 on him. New England would be laughing at us before the ink on the trade was dry.

Jacoby Brissett was a rookie this year, I'm not sure what he has to do with this

Jimmy G looked better than every other backup to come out of New England and if you don't think Sean Payton and Pete Carmichael can work some magic with him that's dumb

A franchise QB that's going to carry you for 10 years is worth a helluva lot more than some draft picks

Here is one name for you Matt Cassel. Remember how when Tom Brady went down and he went 11-5? Yeah where is he now? Garoppolo will be the same thing.

Of course we will. And Jimmy G wouldn't give us the offense we had for the past 10 years either.

Broncos won the super bowl with an elite defense.

This Saints team under this coach will never have a defense that even comes close to being elite.

This is the plan every year, and every year our defense is historically bad.

Also, concerning Jimmy G....the Patriots were winning with Jacoby Brisette at one point. I don't think looking at any New England quarterbacks (aside from Brady) as future franchise QB's on another team , is a very wise decision.

Jacoby started 2 and won 1 game while Jimmy G was out. Plus he led them to a victory in the game whete jimmy got hurt. That he is a rookie is precisely my point. Anyone can win under belichek.

2 complete games is completely not woth the gamble of a 1 and a 4. Thats the kind of assinine thinking that set the saints back from the ricky Williams fiasco.

Picks are too valuable, thats how champions are built. Jist ask jimmy Johnson. We need to go defense

He played for less than 6 quarters

Yea, he looked great, but sample size. That is a huge price tag for a player that won't be cheap for long.

More like 2 games this year where he looked fantastic, close-up looks at training camp the last two years, and an entire college career's worth of film to evaluate
