Our DBs aren't close enough for him to hear them.

So we got got Unger and a 1st and they got Jimmy and a 4th?

Some people are saying multiple picks, but all I see is Unger and the 1st.

Sadly, for where we are now, I think this was the right move.

We signed a ton of high priced free agents that didn't pan out, and went full derp mode in the draft (especially last year). Bringing in new scouts and such will hopefully lead to better players and us drafting those who we think can play now, and not fun projects that might develop down the line.

Guess we will see. We better not package these first rounders for one player. I want to capable starters out of these picks, and I'm hoping it'll be a Guard and a MLB

Should have gotten rid of him last year. Would have gotten more.

I personally like this trade. Long haul especially. Proven center now. We may look elsewhere early on instead of OL now. I'd be ecstatic if we can somehow get a rusher and a CB in the first now. Guard second and BPA from then on. We can do this.

give seattle another nfc championship, awesome idea

I feel the same way. Find another team with a center and deal with them. We just made an average QB and the weak point of Seattle a helluva lot better.

Can we sign Will Hill, Aqib Talib or Revis?

Unger is a beast and exactly the kind of player we need leading the oline. We need to bring in toughness.

Well, it's time for Payton to fully commit to the run

I know you are, but your opinion is dumb to me.

This is a terrible thing, IMO...

But I will wait and see what they do.

I like it. Jimmy was great for us but we can sign what 2-3 defensive starters with his money. Also we get a pro bowl center to solidify a bad pass blocking interior OL and another first round pick to boot

Jimmy will shine in Seattle, great move for him. Saints better hope the Seahawks fall off or they'll be going through Seattle again for any legit post-season run.

That's what I'm thinking. Some combo of Guard - MLB or DE - CB with the first three picks.

But knowing the Saints we'll draft WR, TE, and then another Safety
