The three London games will feature Minnesota, Chicago and Jacksonville.

The Carolina Panthers were selected for the Munich game. There will not be a game in Mexico in 2024 as they are doing construction on the stadium.

The Saints do not face any of the London teams and it is unlikely that the league would send a division game to Munich.

I think the league will eventually have games in France/Paris, and we will get that game.

Having a 17th game is stupid, unless you eventually plan to have every team play one game at a neutral, foreign site.

Well the 17th game was about TV revenue. While going to Europe expands the brand it does cost money to send crews over there.

In YEAR FOUR of the 17 game NFL season we FINALLY get 9 home games!

Aside from maybe Jacksonville, we were probably the last team to get this.

We could still get selected for the game in Brazil. Unlikely, but possible.

What’s the overall thoughts of not playing in Europe? I would say it’s a positive. The short weeks, flight and such make these games a hindrance to a coaching staff. I for one, am relieved we’re not in this.

10 of the 41 (24%) International Series NFL games (since 2005) have been divisional games.

That leads one to believe that there’s not a blatant bias against it from NFL schedulers; divisional games are only 35% of each team’s total schedule.

tldr: The Munich Carolina “home” game may well be against the Saints or one of the other two NFC South teams.
