Honestly given that the Lauranitis numbers haven't come through yet I think we are effectively out of cap unless signing players to the minimum.
Seems we are waiting for a move to come through (extension for Brees, Unger, and/or Morstead restructure) before having the room for Lauranitis.

What is taking so long for the JL numbers? Agreed to terms means they should be set correct?

We never release details early. If it happens when we sign a player it's through the agent.
And if a contract goes through the league (which means it's approved) the numbers are released to the public the next day.
No numbers yet means the contract hasn't been signed (or sent to the league). If it hasn't been signed my guess is it's because we don't have the space for it yet.
We've done this before (as have other teams), but this is the longest I can remember from announcing an agreement and making it official.

Bree and Andrew Luck are UFA in 2017. Since Saints have not extended Brees, are they gonna go after Luck?

Luck will be highest paid QB pretty soon and we will not be the team paying him.

I'm assuming you mean Drew Brees and not Bree Olsen... but yes, that has been the master plan all along. Luck will be a Saint, and he his first act will be to sprinkle lucky beard hairs all around the dome to ensure a successful run.
