In the 90s it was the same way. The Saints were downright horrible and LSU wasn't much better.

Wouldn't say I "enjoyed" those 9 win LSU seasons, but most seasons they're relevant up until Alabama (i.e., first Sat of November).
To know that the season has no real aspirational value when it's still mid-September is shitty to the exreme.

In what world has LSU sucked since 2011? Oh wait seasons are a waste unless you win the national championship. That's the logic around here of a lot of people. A lot of you don't know how good we have had it the last decade around here with both the Saints and LSU.
