Can you quote your source for this information? I'll pull the trigger on MSY-LHR-MSY airfare @ $840 pp for being in London for both 9/24 &10/1*

Did you pull the trigger?

If so, how do you feel?

I feel like we have played Detroit every year for the past 5 or so years. Is this normal?

That's true, but what I said is also true.

Actually, it's not. Worst the Saints can do is 7-9 and tie with Carolina. Two teams split head-to-head and would have same division record. Next tiebreaker is common games and Saints would have 6-6 record vs. Panthers 5-7.

Saints will finish second or third.

We play in a lot of cold weather cities next year.

Minnesota is indoors, whatever NFC West team we end up with will be fine temperature-wise, the worst we could end up with is a December in Buffalo, Green Bay and Carolina.

We should be able to go at least 6-2 or 7-1 at home depending on if we get the Giants or Redskins from the East. We can beat the Vikings, Bills, Bucs, one of the Falcons or Panthers, and either the Rams or Cardinals from the West. That would put us at 12-4 or 11-5. At worst we drop one we shouldn't and end up 10-6, which is a wild card in the NFC.

WHY, do this to yourself ? The best predictor of future performance is....recent past performance ! Think the Saints front office will suddenly vastly improve draft/free agent selections ? Think the saints will go injury free thru camp/pre-season ? Think the "sub-par" coaching in certain segments of the Saints, will suddenly improve ?
All current indicators point toward yet another 8:8 or 7:9 season...better get used to it till things begin to change AT THE TOP ! It's a sad scenario but something we're destined to live with for a while.

I really liked our draft last year actually, and there are a good bit of highly talented defensive players this year. It is impossible to sustain as many injuries again next year as we did this year, but then again with the Saints, anything is possible.

That's great news!

I'm going to wait until we know for sure if the game is Sep 24 or Oct 1 until I pull the trigger. I don't want to spend 8 days in London. Not that London isn't nice, I just want to hop a plane, watch the game and come back.

Yeah because the Panthers just went from 3 straight division crowns, 15-1 last year, and in the Super Bowl to a losing record.

Each year is fricking different. We could go 3-13 or 11-5, but I can tell you 100% it won't be based on this season. That's just fricking stupid.

Yeah on second thought you're prob. right ! Especially since NOTHING will change in management or coaching staff...indicates our draft will once again be below par, add in a few devastating camp/pre-season injuries {as usual}...yeah that pretty much adds up to a 11 win season.....you are quite the MORON ! lol !
