How about posting an off season schedule with dates to start of free agency, draft, camps, etc? Add it to OP.

Maybe cut/paste chads post and bold the dates. Would be perfect.

February 12, 2014.

Saints part ways with Will Smith, Jonathon Vilma, Jabari Greer, and Roman Harper.

How do you do that? I mean, I'm guilty of writing '13 during the month of January '14, but 12?

Love that gif :lol

From Trip

:The New Orleans Saints reportedly aren’t planning to make a tender offer to restricted free agent defensive lineman Tom Johnson, according to USA Today’s Tom Pelissero.

That’s not a huge surprise, since the minimum one-year tender for restricted free agents is projected to be around $1.4 million this year. It’s unclear if the Saints will consider bringing back Johnson on a more affordable deal.

Not the 7th rounder. We gave that up for a 1 year rental on Haralson which turned out to be great value, especially if he comes back cheap.

Hakeem Nicks is healthy and may be willing to play on a 1 year deal.

quote:

Nicks has circulated letters to all 32 teams from the esteemed Dr. Robert Anderson and Dr. James Andrews, indicating that previous foot and knee surgeries should not inhibit the wide receiver's performance in 2014, reports ESPN's Chris Mortensen.

quote:

To prove that the past two years were "aberrations," Nicks is willing to consider a one-year, make-good contract, per Mortensen.

Nicks still views himself as one of the league's top receivers and is determined to "prove it" in 2014.

I figured he would have to after two shite seasons. And yeah, I would definitely take the chance. I'd imagine he would be interested in the Saints as well given the elite QB + lack of WR talent. The Pats are supposedly interested, though, and that may be a better situation for him.
