It was an obvious screw job on the saints, two refs 5-10 yards from the play both looking at it, and both signal incomplete pass!

Honestly what’s the point of supporting this league? Endure a long season for this outcome down the road??

I’m sure I’m just still angry, but this will be forever in the back of my mind while watching a game, and my passion for this sport has died today. I’ll probably still watch and support my saints, but it just won’t be the same, I probably won’t drop everything to attend or watch a saints game anymore.

Sad day

I’ll still watch. Just won’t buy any more tickets or gear.

This one will hurt for awhile.

I’ll always love and root for the saints.

But the nfl has serious officiating issues and has for a little while now. It’s hard to move on from getting fricked over like that.

Same here. It wasn’t incompetence, it was cheating.

How do go home, look your kids in the eye, and say play by the rules and good things will happen?

This is an unbelievable scam. I’m still in shock. Maybe denial. It sends a message to everyone that says don’t worry about rules. Rules don’t mean anything. Rules aren’t part of the game. You can break them and good things will happen.

Kinda how I feel. Even if it wasn’t intentional it was still blatant incompetence at best. This was also the first year that my oldest was REALLY into it. Memorizing records, making little charts of the playoff teams and standings. Then this bullshite.

Everytime I see a pass interference penalty in this league from this point forward I will always compare it to our missed call. I can never enjoy football the same way sadly.

This hurts more than the Vikings game last yr. that was just a great lucky play for them, this was just a flat out evil act from this league to get LA in.

That’s something that’s not luck or coachable, this act was just pure evil

Let him know. It’s not worth his time. Learn a skill, a new hobby. Anything other than the NFL.

It’s a waste of time and money. Football is a fake.

I’ve never been a conspiracy theorist but seeing the fan angle, and 2 refs being right there, really makes you fricking wonder.

There’s no logical explanation for missing that. None. It was blatant. It is more plausible to say that it was an intentional no-call than to say that they just missed it.

Ironically your upvotes are 21-0.

I hate being a Louisiana sports fan sometimes.

2011 and 2017 were on us

these POS refs ruined it for coaches, players and fans.

I can never turn my back on the Saints, but frick the NFL. It has a glaring problem with officials and it’s finally biting them in the arse
