Honestly, she probably has to act like a hard arse. She is running an NFL team and she doesn't want to appear to be someone a bunch of men can push around, but it seems like she has gone overboard.

She has always been noted to be a good leader and good with business but she doesn't have the hands on mentality to be an NFL owner. There is a fine line for the amount of input an owner should have. A team like the Cleveland Browns have an owner who is too hands on like Jerry Jones. Teams with good owners such as Benson or the Jets know when to step in and when to leave things up to football people. She just needed time off to realize that this is not something she can put on the back burner at any time she needs to be an owner full time or not at all.

For the record I heard she don't discriminate on the basis of anatomy. With that being said, no her sexual preference doesn't really have anything to do with her running the franchise. Her lifestyle is another story. She may be coming off as unstable to her grand-pappy.

According to people in this thread she is, but unless she had inappropriate relations with another woman within the organization, I am not sure what her sexual preference has to do with anything.
I am more concerned about how this will affect the organization.
