Says a lot about Mort the way he showed class when Schefter first came over from the NFL Network he just took it and stride and they work together.

I met/talked to him at the Manning Passing Academy afterparty. Really awesome guy with tons of football knowledge. Surprisingly very short in person.

This hurts my heart. He was always one of my favorites, and I was saddened we he announced his cancer treatment years ago. Damn.
