I actually think they are pretty solid at dt.
Sheperd, Saunders, Breese, roach, and they might add another young vet.
I'd add at lb and safety.

Nobody liked to sign with us, but I think we need safeties IMO. Maye is oft injured, Honey Badger is a shell of a shell, and Smoke and Jordan Howden are unproven. Not a lot out there, but I’d try to sign John Johnson if we could afford it.
Also, I’m sure Kwon Alexander wants starter pay, but if he can’t find it, I’d re-sign him if possible since we need LBer depth with Davis getting older and Werner’s injury history.
I’d also like to bring in another offensive lineman for when Peat gets hurt. Maybe a Trai Turner or Bobby Hart type guy.

Kwon signed for the minimum last year with the Jets, so, he's not looking for starter pay. The Jets were raving about his play last year, so, I'm surprised they haven'r resigned him. He still has a lot left in the tank. Also, I think those 2 rooks will surprise in Anfernee Orji and Nick Anderson. I was surprised Orji wasn't drafted because he was solid at Vandy and Anderson is a small Sam Mill's size LB that plays much bigger just like Sam with a lot of hustle and drive. I'm pulling for them.

How many DT do you expect to make the roster 10? Feel like 1 more will push out any possible UDFA finds. Would be great to have a stud DT but that isn't out their... I would go all out for Yannick Ngakoue for 2 or 3 year deal! 8+ sacks ever year of his career!

I don't think the roster will be 20% Dt's if your talking making the 53 
.
I think most NFL teams carry 9-10 D-lineman total. How it splits between DT's and Edge is all about the flexibility of the players to move around on the line.

We never filled the linebacker spot. We lost three DT’s in fa, O, Tuttle and Street. We signed two new ones and drafted one in the first so why do y’all think we need another one? Not to mention some of the ends slide inside on passing downs.
I’d like to get Myles jack, Kwon or Jaylen Smith just to have some depth with experience. None of them should cost to much.

Saunders has never played more than 39% of his teams snaps. Shepard never more than 42%. Even with a bump they aren’t full time DTs. Bresee is still young and has an injury history. Roach is arse. You have to have another sturdy guy who can log snaps
