I know the talk is centered around Vilma but Smith is way way more important. The 4th game would be Green Bay!

Agreed I honestly don't care so much abt Vilma except for depth. Smith looked great last night

Agreed. This would allow Tez to be the best pass rusher he could be, and not have to worry about the run game.

Remember Smith was unavailable last yr for GB too. I really hope each player can individually accept a lesser penalty if offered. I definitely think we could get by w/o Smith for first 3, but having him for GB would be a game changer IMO.

If the judge issues the restraining order which is very likely we'll have them for the whole yr as this case won't get resolved in less than 12 months.

This is true and in Vilma's case that might be all he figures he has left any way. Just hate to miss the chance of Smith's suspension reduced to 3 or fewer if the judge does NOT issue the restraining order.
I feel that since this judge who has been really good to the players has NOT ruled in their favor yet is not a good sign that she will in the end.
