I mean, I'm sure he's been doing conditioning work. And he has a few weeks now to get in game shape.
He won't be playing a lot of snaps the first 2 weeks or so I wouldn't imagine.

I wouldn't be surprised if Jenkins was cut to make room for Rankins coming off the IR. He's been that bad so far this season. We also have Ashaad Mabry on the PS to fall back on if one of our DT's gets injured.
The only reason Jenkins was kept around is b/c Davison & Onyemata are very young players that are still developing, but both have already passed up Jenkins on the depth chart.

What the coaching staff has done with offensive line without Armstead has been nothing short of miraculous. Credit is due here.
