I'm just saying, Denver has proven that they can win with worse quarterback play than Mark Sanchez can provide. I think he's a liability and I don't think he can win a game if it's on his shoulders, but I also don't think he will be asked to do so...and I think Gary Kubiak's offense can make him look better than he is.

Either way, any of the other 3 options would just be in place for temporary until Paxton Lynch is ready. I hope that's sooner than later, because the team is built to win now.

If the Saints decide to not sign Brees this possibly would be a nice fit.

4 year vets don't go through waivers, they are FA and can sign where they want.

I look at his 2013 stats in think otherwise.

That offense and the Saints offense couldn't be more different.

That season doesn't give me any confidence. If you want Foles, you want him for his raw talent and plan on developing him.

I understand what you're saying but 27 TD's to 2 interceptions sounds better than raw to me.

Pats are set barring a training camp injury. If they bring in a vet as an emergency 3 it'll be someone familiar with the offense like Flynn

Also TT you're retarded if you think just because you got every bounce go your way for an entire season, that it will happen twice. Not to mention the defensive losses. I don't think it'll be a pretty season for the Broncos. 9-7 or 8-8 imo.

8-10 wins. Second in the AFC West behind Oakland. Playoff team that will have a chance in the playoffs thanks to the best defense in the AFC.

That argument is horrid. Manning played like shite, but he does things at the line that people still had to respect.

Side question, admittedly probably stupid, but what determines whether someone released has to go through waivers?

I thought if you were under contract you had to go through waivers. Foles however had a guaranteed contract that owed him $1.75 MM, he made a deal with the Rams to reduce his guaranteed money to a $1 MM buyout. He is a free agent since he no longer under contract.

Denver also won with Brock Osweiler.

Denver's biggest issue isn't defense or quarterback right now, it's offensive line. A completely rebuilt offense line with a few guys that haven't shown longevity without injury. That's the current status of it. Talent is there, but not experience or familiarity.
