Yes. It's probably not serious. No reason making him take a roster spot if he can't play the last game in the season. IR just opens another slot up...if they didn't, he'd be riding the pine and taking a roster spot.

I think this is the guy who the Saints felt they were getting when they drafted him, but he hasn't been 100% healthy until the second half of this season.
