Please stop the Drew Brees bashing!

The HC is responsible for the success of a football team. Period . Period . Period.
Drew Brees' salary has nothing to do with this.
CSP is responsible for offense, defense, special teams, drafting, free agency, teaching, play calling, on field decisions etc. etc. etc.
He has been sucking at everything with the exception of passing game stats!
We won a SUPERBOWL because of CSP.
We are a 7-9 team because of CSP.
We are a 7-9 organization because of ownership and the front office.
It's not Drew's fault!

Should of been 2 TD and 3 FGs
CSP doesn't use timeouts and we are talking about a close game so I throw more blame on CSP than Brees. Still, our Oline problems are significant.
Overreaction for sure by fan base but is only compounded by Pats coming to NO.

Okay! When he leaves this year (not if, when) and puts his next team into playoff contention YEAR ONE, you will see just how good of a player he is. Based on what I know about his situation, and what I've seen from the Saints game one, enjoy watching the last 15 games where the Saints will have a HOF QB.

I don't understand how people can't see that this offense gets most of its points and yards in trash time. It has been like this for 2 years. This is a bad team and the offensive philosophy has run its course just like the rams did years back. It's time for a change.

All those saying that Brees is the problem should post their age. If he goes you have no idea how bad it will be around here. We long timers still have scars of misery. You don't allow your best player to walk and expect to get better. You get worse BIGTIME.

This is a damn ignorant comment. No running game & his O-Line didn't give him as much time as they usually do(probably due to Strief going down & the Vikings have a damn good front 7). Kelemete at RT was a disaster.
We wouldn't win more than 2 games without him...this year or the last 3 years. Some of you dudes are in for a rude awakening after he leaves.

Oline was our issue. When Brees has 3-5 seconds to plant we move the ball. Oline the issue with rushing. Have to be able to be balanced and keep the D guessing.
Dline was the issue, can't get to the QB, CB and S were the issue. LB's did well.
