You gotta love when people act like experts on a player they've never watched a single game of. A simple search will show you that, while Cooks wasn't a full time return man during his time at Oregon State, he does have experience returning kicks and punts. I'd have a hard time believe that if we drafted him, he wouldn't get a crack at the very least returning punts in practice.
I'd love Cooks on this team. He'd be much more than a Sproles replacement, and would give us a dynamic we haven't really had since Brees has been here (specifically a threat for YAC).
