Not that I want Payton gone, but I'm also very interested in what compensation people are willing to come forward with. If someone throws out something like two firsts and two seconds and a third, that's gonna be hard to ignore for a team with so many issues and needing to surround Brees asap with more talent.

Well the Fox guys told us a 2nd round pick would be spectacular, so

Schefter just said Loomis will give Payton permission to talk to other teams.

No less than a top 10 pick for Payton. Anything less and loonies should laugh his way out of the room.
