Anyone watching? I was expecting a little bit of fire ala panthers game last year.

He is standing there and giving his "I dont really give a shite anymore" response ever. Keeps mentioning how well they were playing in first half.

Maybe the Saints and Payton need a fresh start.

Not really surprised. The Saints aren't on his mind. That chick he's messing around with is.

Something tells me Chuck Pagano will be the Saints' next HC.

Well, supposedly his name is continually being brought up as a trade candidate to go to another team. Very rare for a coach to be traded, but Payton's name keeps popping up in that regard.

Sean Payton has done a lot of good things for the Saints in the nine years he's been in New Orleans, but I get the feeling the spark has died out. The Saints are not a good team this year, it sucks to say so, but we al know it's true. Just like when Sean Payton came in and brought this franchise back to life in 06', maybe it's time for a new coach to do the same next year.

I ran out of Vicodin today and you don't see running around losing football games.

Eagles had 300 yards in the first half. Corners made 2 plays on 2 badly thrown balls.

We are a pass rushing specialist away from having a good passing defense.

Payton is a good coach and needs to stay.

The flops in the draft is the problem. Trading away picks only makes it worse.

When Jim Caldwell is showing more emotion after a loss than you are, that is really saying something.

Give credit where it's due, Breaux's pick was a hell of a play on a good thrown ball

He will be gone by this coming off season at the latest. I just had a coversation with someone I trust and care about very much and there seems to be a lot of smoke quickly building that he wants out sooner rather than later.

I agree.

Usually these "rumors" are started by the coaches agent (see Sexton / Saban).

It was but we were obviously living on borrowed time with the score that close.
