Pass interference needs to be a reviewable penalty

You got odell sticking his arm under and around our DB's arm and then odell flailing his other arn like he is being held. It completey changes the outcome of a game when you have a flop like that.

At least in the final quarter, to many games are being decided by bullshite penalties at the end of the game.

Even if it is catchable it wasn't close to defensive PI. I'm so sick of the NFL officiating. It's ruining the game. Either make everything reviewable or get rid of replay altogether.

Not to mention the non call on Coleman where he only has one arm to try and catch the ball with!

It is reviewable in the CFL, and the system works great.
