"correct mistakes"... what the frick else are you supposed to do with mistakes other than correcting?

correcting mistakes is fine and has to be done.

Giving our front office "props" because we'll have cap space next year is stupid after what will be 3 useless seasons of cutting dead weight that they created. Guess what? the next step is actually replacing this dead weight with players that are actually good, which looks bleaker and bleaker as time goes on.

Like that is a reason Loomis should keep his job? L O frickin L.

I don't care about Loomis either way. I do think it took him way too long to adjust to the new NFL after the last CBA and rookie contract structures.

I'm just hoping that Ireland is the personnel GM at this point.

it's a positive that Payton has given up play calling to Car and some personnel decision making to Ireland(though im not sold on him being the right fit) for sure.

15' draft looks pretty bad, especially if Anthony cant get on the field

I personally think that Payton and Car should rotate playcalling every few weeks, or at least take a game off of it from time to time for a different perspective. I agree that it is a good thing

Yea, wtf is up with that? I get that allen likes to have vets on the field and organization, but Anthony just flat out makes plays in the backfield. He has all the tools, so any lack of development is on the coaching imo.

I don't think it is great at this point IF Anthony can't turn into a good player, but

1. Peat (C) - seems to be doing okay on the left side. A reach for what we've gotten so far

1. Anthony (C) - has all the tools. Played well in spurts last season. Had a big play on Sunday. Needs more snaps or he's a failure

2. Kikaha (B or C) - first round talent with injury history. Played extremely well before his injury last year. I love this guy, but we need him to come back healthy. That was the risk

3. Grayson (F-) - frick this idiotic pick.

4. PJ Williams (B or A) - looks like he could be a steal for us

5. Davis Tull (C) - Waived, meh C

6. Davison (A) - Another steal in this draft. A

6. Swann (B) - Looked like another steal. Can't fault the FO for this one.

7. Murphy (B)( - 7th rounder who made the team. I hate him personally, but that isn't a bad pick

Peat, Williams, and Davison all start, with Kikaha and Swann starting when healthy. Murphy gets playing time unfortunately.

If Anthony turns out to be the player he SHOULD be, that is a damn good draft even with the fricking Grayson pick. If he doesn't, Kikaha needs to return from injury to make it a good one.

Is this where a bunch of grown men put their heads in the sand and refuse to admit that the sports team they root for had been run like shite for the past few years?

The discussion is not over what our record has been since 2012 but who is to blame and what to do going forward.
